1. Cancellation

Fees paid are non-refundable. However, participation by a substitute will be allowed until September 1st, 2019. Thereafter 50% additional charge will be levied for change of name.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, please get in touch with us info@wcit2019.org to confirm whether the registration has been done or not. We don’t want you to lose money in case you assume that registration has not been done because you failed to receive confirmation.

Cancellation and refunds

• Registration once done cannot be cancelled or refund offline mode.
• Partial cancellation of a registration is not allowed.
• On any registration, the customer will receive a registration confirmation email. Please note that the registration confirmation is NOT the ticket and the customer would be able to enter the event arena only with physical entry pass/Id Card. The entry pass/Id Card will be given at the venue and the special areas in the city announced by the organizes.

2. Copyright

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the Armenian and other copyright laws, and is the property of World Congress on Information Technology.

Any use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by the organizers.

3. Payment methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards and Net Banking.

4. Pricing, availability and registration confirmation

WCIT 2019 organisers have no control on availability of seats. After the payment is complete, you wied. However, participation by a substitute will be allowed until September 1st, 2019. Thereafter 50% additional charge will be levied for change of name.

If an event is cancelled or postponed and the organisers of the event agree on issuing a refund for the registration, it is up to the organisers to contact you and process the refund.
